Hand Reflexology
All the principles and benefits of Hand Reflexology are the same as Foot Reflexology.
What is different?
- It is a shorter treatment
- It can be very beneficial for hard working hands
- Its great for people with conditions/problems with their feet who still wish to have reflexology
- It is not as in depth as foot reflexology
- Generally speaking peoples hands are not as reactive to stimulation of the points therefore it can be difficult to get an overview of blocked areas.

Your Appointment
Your first appointment will include an in depth consultation so that your medical history, concerns and needs can be understood. Lifestyle questions will be asked so that your reflexologist can get to know you and tailor your treatment effectively.
There is an allowance of 15 minutes within your first appointment for your consultation.
The treatment itself will then last for 30 minutes.
All treatments after the first one will last for 30 minutes and will start with your reflexologist asking if any of your needs and concerns have changed.
A full consultation doesn't need to be done again unless you have not had a treatment for 9+ months.
After Care
Your reflexologist will give you after care advice after every treatment, this will be individual to you and may include some points on the hand to press on at home between treatments!
However it will always include:
1. Drinking more water - this helps flush toxins through the body
2. Try to take life a bit easier for the next 24 hours, be kind to yourself.
An aftercare email will be sent to you automatically after your appointment as a reminder.
