'Exceeded my expectations and I slept wonderfully'
“Highly recommend booking in reflexology with Tash at Aurello Holistics. The treatment room is extremely calming and the bed is very comfortable.
Tash's initial assessment was very thorough and fully guided her treatment. Each week it felt like she could identify specific problem areas and help relieve the problems whilst providing exercises to try yourself at home.
I felt fully confident in Tash. After each session I felt more relaxed than I expected and slept wonderfully!
It was my first experience of reflexology and would encourage everyone considering giving it a go to book in - it exceeded my expectations.”

I have been to see Tash for Reflexology & Aromatherapy massages! It was my first time for Reflexology and admittedly I was a bit skeptical. However, I ended up doing a full course of 6 sessions, each session was tailored to areas I needed to focus on and the results were incredible. I have most recently been to Tash for Aromatherapy massages and hands down these are best massages I have ever had, I find the oils fascinating, chosen based on any ailments/problem areas or plans for the rest of my day/week, each time I come away feeling so relaxed and re-charged. To top it all off, her treatment room is perfectly set-up and she always makes me feel so at ease.”

Tash is welcoming, warm, lovely and really friendly. She made me feel at ease as I'd never had reflexology before.
Tash talked me through everything she was doing and explained each pressure point and I really enjoyed learning about which parts are connected to our bodies.
I really enjoyed my treatments and after both times I felt completely relaxed.
