Postpartum & Adaptive Massage
Do you have trouble laying on your front right now? or are you unable to lay comfortably in conventional massage positions?
Do you really need some time to relax and reset but not sure if massage will be suitable due to your restrictions?
Look no further, Postpartum and Adaptive massage is for ladies who have trouble comfortably laying on their front.
This could be because you are breastfeeding and your breasts are just too tender, it could be because youve just had surgery, it could be because you have an injury.
Whatever it is I can safely and comfortably adapt your positioning and still provide that total hour of bliss!
When you book just send me an email explaining your needs and I will prepare accordingly.
Your Appointment
Your appointment will include a consultation so that your medical history, lifestyle, skin type, aches and pains and needs can be understood.
There is an allowance of 20 minutes within your appointment for settling in, your consultation and taking it slow at the end.
The full body massage itself will last for 60 minutes.
You will be have your back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, hands, (stomach optional) massaged generously.
You will be appropriately supported with cushions throughout providing ultimate comfort.
For hygiene reasons you must wear socks to and from your appointment.
You may also wish for this to be an Aromatherapy massage, No problem, just tick the 'Aromatherapy' add on at the booking stage.

After Care

You will be given after care advice after every treatment, this will be individual to you. However it will always include:
1. Drinking more water - this helps flush toxins through the body (I know you already have to pee so much but trust me this will help you to reap all the massage benefits!)
2. Try to take life a bit easier for the next 24 hours, be kind to yourself.
An aftercare email will be sent to you automatically after your appointment as a reminder.
